This summer, the Regent Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles will open directly on the Californian coast. As the debut of the IHG luxury brand Regent Hotels & Resorts in America, expectations for the debut are high and the initial impressions are promising.

The promising opening involves the takeover of the old Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel. This secures it a coveted spot and an absolute top location on the beautiful promenade of Santa Monica. In collaboration with the owner group Strategic Hotels & Resorts, guests of the Regent Santa Monica can look forward to pure luxury just a few steps from the famous Santa Monica Pier. This expectation is undoubtedly confirmed by the known impressions of a hotel that has undertaken renovation costs of more than $150 million.

Stay tuned for a total of 24 suites and 143 guest rooms, starting at a considerable 67 square meters in the entry category. These not only guarantee high comfort with plenty of space but also offer excellent amenities. The luxurious bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, a rain shower, and a double sink. Particularly noteworthy is the Atrium Suite, spanning two floors over a proud 2,180 square meters and offering unobstructed ocean views. Furthermore, the Santa Monica Presidential Suite represents the largest accommodation at Regent Santa Monica Beach. On the eighth floor, you can enjoy panoramic views from four different French balconies.
