New boutique hotel with rooftop pool in Palma de Mallorca

Palma de Mallorca has a new boutique hotel: The newly opened El Llorenç Parc de la Mar is almost ideally located in the historic district of La Calatrava in the heart of the old town. The best argument for a stay is the three-level roof terrace with lounge, bar, infinity pool and a breathtaking view of the city and the sea.

The 33 accommodations range from a 19 square meter double room to a 40 square meter suite. All are furnished with a king-size bed and custom-made furniture by well-known designers. The signature rooms and suites also offer a view of the Bay of Palma and the city walls of Dalt Murada. They have two balconies and a bathroom with chromotherapy showers, bathtubs and heated floors.

Santi Taura is responsible for the gastronomic concept of El Llorenç: the renowned Mallorcan chef has moved to the new boutique hotel in Palma de Mallorca with his celebrated restaurant “DINS” and now serves a tasting menu of traditional island cuisine with seasonal dishes at “DINS Santi Taura” Mallorca products.

On the roof terrace are a bar, a restaurant and Palma’s longest infinity pool with luxurious Balinese beds – with a 360-degree view of the old town and the marina. The spa is a perfect haven of peace with Arabic baths and a 14-meter thermal pool. Facial and body treatments use products from the “Natura Bissé” brand from Barcelona. A fitness area completes the offer.
