New beach villas at the newly renovated Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

The Four Seasons Bora Bora has completed its extensive renovation with the opening of seven new Pool Villas on the beach. Previously, the luxury resort had already been expanded with eight new overwater bungalows above the turquoise lagoon. All bungalows have also been given a new interior design – and last but not least, three restaurants are also shining in new splendour.

The new two- and three-bedroom beach villas are designed for the most discerning guests at Four Seasons Bora Bora. Ranging in size from 253 to 500 square metres, they offer spacious living areas, separate entrances to each bedroom, a dining area, an infinity pool, a beachfront lawn, a white sand beach and direct views of the famous Bora Bora lagoon.

Six of the eight new overwater bungalows have an infinity plunge pool on a private wooden deck. In addition, six plunge pools have been added to existing overwater bungalows. This brings the total number of overwater accommodations at Four Seasons Bora Bora to 108, 27 of which have private pools.

In addition, all overwater bungalows have been given a fresh design with a more contemporary Polynesian ambience. New features include the furniture, the lighting and the technology – including a 55-inch TV. Last but not least, solar panels were installed on the thatched roofs for the first time, which serve as a sustainable energy source for heating the water.

New furniture and décor also adorn three of the Four Seasons Bora Bora’s five restaurants – the “Vaimiti” over the water with Asian cuisine and sunset cocktails, the Tahitian “Fish House at Fare Hoa” with fresh seafood and the French “Arii Moana” with a fine wine collection from around the world. The chef Eric Desbordes, who is also new, has updated the menus for these too.
