As can be read on the Lufthansa website, the largest German airline is now closing all lounges in Germany and worldwide (only London Heathrow and New York Newark are excluded). This also explicitly affects all First Class facilities and services in Frankfurt and Munich.

Due to the spread of the corona virus, the associated reduced demand and the increasingly restrictive government regulations, all First Class facilities and services in Frankfurt and Munich will be temporarily suspended from Saturday, 21 March 2020, and all other Lufthansa lounges in Germany will be temporarily closed. In addition, the Lufthansa lounges at all global destinations will be closed except for London Heathrow and Newark (USA) airports.
