Fifth boutique hotel for the unique Kimpton Key West collection

One year after its launch, Kimpton Key West is finally complete: with the opening of the “Ridley House”, the unique collection now consists, as planned, of five historic, meticulously renovated boutique hotels with a total of 219 rooms, all centrally located near Key West’s Old Town and the famous Duval Street.

The Kimpton Key West kicked off in March 2020 with “Winslow’s Bungalows”, the largest property in the collection with 85 rooms. The boutique hotel is located directly in the city centre and has three pools among lush gardens. The “Ella’s Cottages” also opened in March 2020 – an oasis with 22 rooms, cosy verandas in front of the individual cottages, a pool and a community terrace.

Not far from Key West nightlife

In June 2020, the “Lighthouse Hotel” followed very close to the Key West lighthouse and the Ernest Hemingway House. 45 rooms are spread over several buildings dating from the mid-19th century. In July 2020, the “Fitch Lodge” joined the Kimpton Key West collection as the most affordable accommodation with 44 rooms.

The “Ridley House” as the latest new addition consists of three historic houses with a total of 23 rooms and is only a few minutes away from the harbour, Mallory Square and Duval Street. In the 19th century, it was the property of a wealthy merchant. Today, it is perfect for those who want to be close to Key West’s famous nightlife, as well as the city’s art galleries, restaurants and quirky shops.
