Emirates has announced in a press release that it will again be offering a free hotel for longer layovers at Dubai airport from the 1st of December. The offer is aimed at all classes of service, provided there is a connecting time of ten to 24 hours, provided there is no earlier flight. With this offer, the airline wants to compensate for the reduced flight schedule.
You will be accommodated in a 4-star or 5-star hotel in Dubai. Which hotels will be used is not mentioned in the press release. Also included is an airport transfer and meals at the hotel. You will also be issued a visa if required for entry. If you are not allowed to leave the airport for certain reasons, you can use the Dubai Connect Lounge. This service can be added online at the time of booking.
