The Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai has announced the biggest musical event of the year for New Year’s Eve 2020: a live show by the legendary rock band KISS awaits the resort’s guests as the year draws to a close, which they can enjoy from the balconies of their rooms and suites – followed by the world’s largest fireworks display. Fans who are not on site can pay to watch a live stream on the Internet.
The live “KISS 2020 GOODBYE” concert will take place on a specially constructed stage on the “Royal Beach” at Atlantis, The Palm. All guests staying in a room overlooking The Palm over New Year’s Eve will thus have a front-row seat on their balconies, despite “social distancing,” and enjoy a direct view of the main stage and the record-breaking fireworks display.

However, as the first hybrid event of its kind, the concert will also be live streamed. Filmed with more than 50 cameras and 360-degree views, the show can be watched worldwide via a 1080p live stream on any computer, tablet or cell phone. A variety of packages are available, starting at USD 39.99 for the live stream and 24 hours of unlimited replays.
The “Platinum VIP Package” at a whopping USD 999.99 includes not only the live stream but also 30 days of unlimited replays right away, a DVD with a 16-page book and name in the DVD credits and book, as well as a T-shirt, signed poster, hoodie, silver-plated commemorative card and vinyl record of the show – all in a limited edition. For hotel guests, Atlantis, The Palm offers a five-night package.
