Air Italy ceases operations: passengers can still fly or get their money back

At the shareholders’ meeting, it was decided that Air Italy will cease operations immediately. It is therefore not bankruptcy in the classic sense, in which all future passengers lose their booked tickets. Rather, Air Italy will have flight operations carried out by other airlines for the next two weeks, and passengers booked for flights from 26 February will get their money back.
