Now Radisson’s premium lifestyle concept is also making its debut in China: after a comprehensive redesign, the former Radisson Blu Plaza Xingguo has just opened its doors as the Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo in Shanghai.
The hotel is recommended as an urban oasis in the middle of the hectic business district Xujiahui in downtown Shanghai – surrounded by 17 hectares of manicured gardens, historic villas, art deco buildings from the 1930s and picturesque avenues. Important sights such as “The Bund” can be reached within 20 minutes.
A floor just for female guests – including lounge
The 185 rooms and suites of the Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai are spread over 16 floors and feature state-of-the-art air purification systems, intelligent room sensors and robots that deliver fresh fruit juice directly to the door. The twelfth floor is reserved exclusively for female guests, who can look forward to specially equipped rooms and the elegant “Madam Li Lounge”.
The Executive Lounge on the top floor with 270-degree views of the city is open to all guests of the suites and executive rooms. The “Café Li Brasserie” serves Western and Asian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the Chinese restaurant “Li Palace” offers Cantonese and Shanghai dishes for dinner. Guests can enjoy drinks in the lounge or in the “Tavern Bar & Grill”.
