Luxury resort in Bali: New infinity pool suites in Amankila

Amankila is not only one of the best luxury resorts in Bali, but also one of the most beautiful Aman resorts in the world. Three new infinity pool suites, ranging in size from 99 to 185 square meters, have now been added to the dreamlike Hideaway. Surrounded by jungle but with a breathtaking view of the ocean, they are perfect retreats for guests seeking undisturbed togetherness.

The Amankila now consists of a total of 33 suites: Nine garden suites and 15 ocean suites with 94 square meters each, three infinity pool suites and six pool suites with 204 square meters. They are all housed in detached pavilions and have a terrace with day sofa and rattan furniture for a private outdoor dinner.

Also, the Amankila has just equipped its suites with state-of-the-art technology including iPads and Bluetooth speakers from Bang & Olufsen. New Nespresso coffee machines with recyclable stainless steel capsules are now also available in all accommodations. The sustainable coffee comes from Java Mountain Coffe – a socially committed company with cooperation partners in Bali and Java that supports female coffee farmers.

“Amankila” means “peaceful hill”: The luxury resort on the east coast of Bali lies lonely on a slope above a private, 400-meter long beach of fine, dark sand. The center of the complex is a spectacular pool that extends over three levels. Another pool is located at the Beach Club, including a water sports center.

The “Terrace Restaurant” serves a combination of Eastern and Western cuisine for breakfast and lunch. “The Restaurant” offers Western and Asian delicacies for dinner, while the “Beach Club” offers light snacks for lunch. “Private Dining” is available 24 hours a day throughout the resort. The “Amankila Bar” with a beautiful view of the sea is recommended for small snacks and cocktails. The “Amankila Spa” offers traditional Balinese massages and cosmetic treatments.
