As of 01 June 2020, Lufthansa will offer flights to the Canadian city of Calgary from Frankfurt. The seasonal connection in the south-west of Canada is offered four times a week – on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday – in cooperation with Eurowings. An Airbus A330-200 is used, which is equipped with 270 seats in three classes – Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class.

Calgary is an ideal base for exploring the Province of Alberta and the Banff and Jasper National Parks in the Rocky Mountains. In addition to Calgary, Lufthansa will also serve Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver from Frankfurt and Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver from Munich in summer 2020 in Canada. The new flights to Calgary are bookable from 26 February 2020.
