“Kempinski Fit Room”: The hotel room now becomes a fitness centre

Kempinski has launched a new room category: With the “Kempinski Fit Room powered by Technogym”, guests can continue their usual workout and fitness routine in the comfort of their hotel room. Innovative in-room training solutions and on-demand fitness services are available for this purpose – without having to visit the fitness centre.

Each “Kempinski Fit Room” is equipped with a Technogym bike with HD display that provides digital access to indoor cycling classes with trainers from different cities around the world. Thanks to the integrated handlebars and special video content, the bike can also be used for full-body workouts.

Fitness case for the perfect workout

In addition, a “Technogym Case” is available in a high-quality design bag. This all-in-one solution contains a library of training videos, a foam roller, a massage ball, a sustainable gym mat, loop bands and power bands. Via QR code, guests can access a guided workout with a virtual trainer on their phone.

At the Four Seasons Kempinski Munich, the Adlon Kempinski Berlin, the Kempinski Mall of the Emirates Dubai and the Grand Hotel Kempinski Shanghai in China, the “Kempinski Fit Rooms” can already be found and booked directly via the hotels’ websites. As soon as travelling becomes possible again, the new room category will then be introduced step by step in other hotels worldwide.
