We have already reported extensively here about the Fullerton Hotel Sydney. The luxury hotel with its 416 rooms and suites, which only opened in December 2019, is located in the former General Post Office from 1891 – not far from the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbor Bridge. The Place restaurant in the six-story atrium offers modern Australian dishes and authentic Southeast Asian cuisine with a view of the courtyard. “The Bar” comes up with exclusive cocktails like the “Singapore Sling” and the new “Sydney Sling”.

One of the new members of Preferred Hotels & Resorts is the Klaus K Hotel with its 171 rooms and suites. The design of the house in the historic city center of Helsinki is based entirely on the Finnish national epic “Kalevala” and the mythological history of the country, according to which the world was created from seven eggs. The egg shape is therefore characteristic throughout the hotel – from the design of the check-in counter to the egg-shaped bed in the Sky suites.

The Serras is located in the middle of the Gothic Quarter at the port of Barcelona with a view of the Mediterranean Sea and comprises of only 28 rooms and suites. Guests can explore many attractions on foot, such as Barcelona Cathedral, Las Ramblas, the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the golden beaches, before heading into the Catalan “Informal” cuisine by star chef Marc Gascons or enjoying a sundowner by the rooftop pool -Back “El Sueño” return.

The Drei Mohren Hotel is located in the lively Maximilianstrasse in Augsburg – only a few steps away from attractions such as the Golden Hall and the Fuggerei Museum. In addition to 132 rooms and suites, the hotel has a spa with steam bath, organic sauna, Finnish sauna and relaxation room. The star restaurant “Sartory” ensures an exclusive dinner experience. Every evening, a limited number of 24 guests are spoiled with refined French cuisine made from fresh, local ingredients.

The Paramount Hotel Dubai, which opened in November 2019, reflects the glamor of old Hollywood and the innovative design aesthetics of Dubai. The 823 rooms are decorated with photographs and posters of legendary Hollywood stars and film scenes. High-tech entertainment systems and lighting inspired by film sets bring the cinema experience directly into the accommodations. The theme suites are also designed as a tribute to classic Paramount films. Other attractions include a private cinema with dinner option, a stage with live entertainment, a chocolate laboratory and a “speakeasy bar” from the 1920s.
