You can still buy IHG Rewards Club points with a 75 percent bonus until 25 February 2021. From a purchase of 5,000 points you receive a bonus of 50 percent, from 15,000 points there is the 75 percent bonus. So you can buy up to 150,000 points for the price of USD 1,500 (approx. EUR 1,233) and then receive a total of 262,500 points. This corresponds to a ratio of EUR 4.70 per 1,000 points.
However, if you don’t need the points immediately, it’s worth waiting for the next points sale, as IHG offers a bonus of up to 100 percent every now and then, allowing you to get a better price.
