Bamboo Airways plans low-cost flights from Munich to Vietnam

The low-cost airline Bamboo Airways from Vietnam will fly to Munich from July 2020. Two non-stop connections are planned: twice a week, a Boeing 787 “Dreamliner” will take off to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). A “Memorandum of understanding” with Munich Airport has just been signed.

Bamboo Airways was founded a year ago. Since then, the airline has served various destinations within Vietnam and neighboring countries. But this spring it also wants to take off on the long haul. As the first destination in Europe, Prague will be connected to Hanoi from 29 March 2020. As one can conclude from the pictures, the “Dreamliners” should have a very decent Business Class.
