Anantara Maia Seychelles: Pure luxury with 30 pool villas in the Seychelles

Anantara is now also represented in the Seychelles: The Asian luxury hotel group has taken over the well-known Maia Luxury Resort & Spa and, after a brief rebranding, has just reopened under the new name “Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas”. Guests can expect maximum privacy, individually tailored service and a dream setting as far as the eye can see.

The only 30 villas of the luxury resort are embedded in the tropical landscape of a private peninsula in the southwest of Mahé and offer a living space of 250 square meters each. A private infinity pool is as much a part of the amenities as a bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a rain shower, an outdoor bathtub, and a garden pavilion with dining area and day bed.

Beyond All Inclusive

Some villas at the new Anantara even have direct access to a typical Seychelles beach-and all have round-the-clock butler service. With the Beyond All Inclusive concept, guests can take advantage of all services exactly when they want. For example, each guest is free to choose when to dine – and whether they prefer to do so in their villa, on the beach, in the gardens or outdoors.

There is a choice of dishes from Asian, Indian, Mediterranean or Creole cuisine, which are also served in the restaurant, at the pool bar or in the glass wine boutique. Also included in the price are daily yoga or qigong and all non-motorized water sports – such as stand-up paddling, snorkeling or kayaking.

In the Anantara Spa, three open-air treatment rooms invite guests to enjoy a traditional Balinese massage or a facial treatment with care products from the exclusive brand Omorovicza from Budapest. Active guests can enjoy hikes in the surrounding area and excursions to the national parks. The islands of La Digue and Praslin can be visited on arranged tours by boat or helicopter. The Seychelles International Airport can be reached from the Anantara in about 30 minutes.
